288bet Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players Using Our Platform

To register an account at 288bet, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are registering voluntarily for your own personal entertainment, not on behalf of another person or business.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 288bet or had an account closed for terms violations.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of a 288bet employee.

One Account Per Person. Each person is permitted to register and maintain exactly one 288bet account. Duplicate accounts – whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device or IP address – are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are detected, 288bet reserves the right to close all related accounts and void any associated winnings. This rule exists to protect the fairness of the platform and the integrity of promotional offers.

Account Verification. 288bet may request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or driving licence for identity verification, and a mobile wallet screenshot or bank statement for payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable time may result in account restriction.

Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering. If any detail changes – including your phone number, email address or payment method – you are responsible for updating your account information promptly. 288bet accepts no liability for issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information.

All financial transactions at 288bet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit to the account. This is an anti-money-laundering control, not a restriction on access to funds. Winnings originating from a bonus may be subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable – refer to Section 4 for bonus withdrawal rules.

Processing Times. The times stated above are 288bet's internal processing targets, not guaranteed delivery windows. Actual delivery depends on the payment provider's own processing schedule. VIP members at Platinum tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing. 288bet does not charge fees on withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own fees.

Failed Deposits. If a deposit does not appear in your 288bet balance within 15 minutes of payment, contact support with the transaction reference number. Do not deposit again without first confirming the status of the original transaction.

288bet offers a range of bonuses, promotional offers and loyalty rewards. Every bonus offered on the platform is subject to specific terms published on the relevant offer page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer states otherwise.

• One bonus per household / device / IP address per offer period unless the promotion explicitly permits multiple claims.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement and eligible games are stated on each offer page.
• Bonus expiry – bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Crash games typically contribute 100%, while certain table games may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rate is stated per offer.
• Cashback bonuses in the 288bet VIP Club are credited weekly on Mondays and are wager-free. They can be withdrawn immediately with no additional wagering obligation.
• 288bet reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Any modification will not affect bonuses already credited to accounts.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means – including multiple accounts or coordinated wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements – will be forfeited and the account suspended.

By placing a bet or entering a game at 288bet, you accept the specific rules of that game or betting market. General platform-wide gaming rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 288bet does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table. These are displayed in the game interface before betting opens.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, 288bet will resolve the round using the last verifiable game state. If a round cannot be resolved fairly, all bets are voided and stakes returned.
• For live dealer games, the outcome of the physical dealing or spinning is final. Decisions made by 288bet's studio partners are binding.
• For crash games including Aviator, the crash point is determined by a provably fair algorithm before the round begins. The result is final and cannot be disputed on the basis of round history or personal expectation.
• 288bet reserves the right to limit the maximum single bet or maximum payout for any player at any time, particularly in cases where unusually large bets are placed without prior notification.

Closure by 288bet. 288bet may suspend or permanently close any account if:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity is detected.
• The account holder is found to have provided false information during registration or verification.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires us to do so.

On closure for terms violation, any bonus balances are forfeited. Real-money balances that are not derived from fraudulent activity will be returned to the original deposit method after investigation is complete.

Closure by the Player. You may close your 288bet account at any time by contacting support. If you are closing the account for responsible gaming reasons, please specify this – you will be directed to self-exclusion procedures and offered additional support resources. Account closure does not affect any pending withdrawals already in the processing queue.

All content on the 288bet platform – including but not limited to logos, game assets, interface design, promotional materials, written content and software – is the property of 288bet or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any 288bet content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of 288bet intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may also constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property law.

288bet provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. 288bet's liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the net deposits you have made in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• 288bet is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, device failures or other technical issues outside our control.
• 288bet is not liable for losses resulting from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted or prohibited.
• 288bet is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses however caused.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

288bet collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is a separate document and forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering at 288bet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary: 288bet collects account registration information, payment details (tokenised, not stored in full), game activity logs and device/technical data. This data is used to operate the platform, process payments, verify identity, prevent fraud and improve user experience. 288bet does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@288bet.life. Requests are processed within 30 days.

288bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with the revised "Last Updated" date at the top. For material changes that significantly affect player rights, 288bet will additionally send a notification to registered email addresses at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 288bet platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the changes. Closing your account to avoid updated Terms does not forfeit any real-money balance – it will be returned to your last verified payment method.
